Hello B body guys, I'm a brand new member but I've visited the site a few times and got great info on a few problems. Now I've got a question I'm sure you can help me with...1970 Road runner, 440 Six pack setup, power disc front, drum out back...auto, 727 .... master cylinder goes bad and all replacements I find have line connections facing drivers side (mine face inboard...original...45k ) . Am I just looking in the wrong shops/parts stores?

If the master is hard to replace...why not repair it? Look for a overhaul kit for it. Mostly just rubber parts.

Welcome to the site, Mine comes out on the engine side also. Most parts stores have them both ways, try Napa they can get them.
Or like said they are pretty easy to rebuild and kits are cheap as long as the bore looks good and clean.

You should go to the Welcome Wagon and introduce yourself and post a few pics of your Runner too.

and

Also check out a seller on Ebay name is belair2door. tons of Plymouth parts all new or reman. He has what your looking for in a reman and "new". Got mine from him, $126.30 shipped to 98844.
I tried to post a link but it wouldn't work for me.

Oh ya and lets see some pics of that 'Runner

I've got a spare from my RR build that I am bringing to Carlisle to sell. I'ts an A1 Cardone rebuilt unit. AND...... this one has ports on BOTH sides, with a set of plugs to plug off whichever side you dont need. I never saw another one like it. And i was in the parts business for 40 years!!

Are you sure you have the original lines? Or have they been rebent for the passenrder side ports? Get a service manual and check that out.

BTW, you can get the new steel lines brand new and made excatly to factory spec from Inline Tube in MI. Prices are good.

In 1970 b-bodies with factory power disc brakes the brake lines came out towards the engine. The brake lines came out from the driverside on power drum brake cars.

Centric has them both ways. 70 Hemi's also had them come out driver side. G
