Mopar swap meet MT Clemens. MI Jan. 25

I'm thinking about going to that mopar swap meet at the Gibraltar market on the 25th........just wondered if any of you Detroit area fellas could shed some light on the show......is it worth going.....good deals or mock up prices......just curious as it's a 2 1/2 hour trek for me.........thx

It used to be better. Depends on the year and what your looking for. Lots of old oddball stuff. Sometimes some jewels. Not a lot of race stuff.

Tends to be a lot of smaller stuff. Don't expect to find a lot of sheet metal. There are always engines, trans, and rear ends. Even a few cars that are kept outside. I generally have better luck at the North Oakland Macomb Muscle Car Club swap meet in the spring. It all depends on what you are looking for and what shows up. Hope that helps.

I went last year, Like SGT said lots of small stuff, If you want sheet metal you have to ask, My buddy bought sun roof , roof (the whole thing) for his Cordoba. A few old timers are there that have a ton of stuff off site, if its a cuda ask for Earl , anything else ask for Ken Hull...he wont have it but usually know who does. I grew up in Mt. Clemens and there was a few key guys that had all the Mopar stuff...like a lot of stuff.

I go every few years. I never buy much, just use it to kill a few hours on a crappy winter day. I'm probably going this year.

If you want anything from roseville moparts (AMD metal), they are there and you can wheel and deal a little bit. They do bring a fair amount of sheet metal and you can call ahead and ask if they will bring it to the show. They bring a lot of small items.
