Sup guys!
So I have a major issue going on. I'm trying to remove the k-Frame on my 66 belvedere along with the old suspension! I even tried removing the K-Frame Bolts with a air gun, and it doesn't even turn!! I don't know if it's just the bolt that's on there or if my compressor too small or what. Help please!!!

Try some heat on the upper side so as Not to brake the But sert lose ! If you do your in for a lot more work !!

Did you soak the bolts?

I always drill a small hole (just big enough to fit a spray can "straw") in the frame rail just above the blind nut and hose them down with the rust penetrater of your choice... snapping off the blind nut inside your frame rail is no fun....

Yea I already sprayed so much rust penetrator on it, it's not even funny. Snapping off that blind but doesn't even sound fun. I'll try all the ideas and see what's the outcome.

Try heating the bolt and then spray the weld nuts from the inside the best you can. Let them cool down and sit for some time and then hit them with the gun or Long bar and 6 point socket again. Some times by heating the bolt it will break the rust around it loose and also let the but expand so pub can into it. Also try going Tight alittle bit Then back off direction. Good luck But Take your time !!!

You can get to the threads on the front ones through the bumper bracket bolts but it sounds like you have them oiled well. Heat will certainly break the rust loose but in my experience you need to really get the bolt red hot to get the most benefit.
