I think it's just a clever way of combining MAYHEM and HEMI? Definition = random or deliberate violence or damage.

Carbon-Ceramic. like in a ferrari or a porsche...or a lot of modern road race endurance sports cars (24hrs of Lemans...etc).

Ok the Camaro front clip makes sense now. Still an awesome car!
