1969 Super Bee

Pull your fuses one-by-one, see if it makes a difference. Otherwise almost has to be a ground wire that’s grounded all the time. With doors shut they’re still on right?

Yes with doors shut they stay on,motor running or not

Massachusetts welcomes you. As others have said previously, door jamb switches or headlight switch seems the most likely culprit. But, 50 year old wiring could have problems anywhere along the line.

A couple of yrs. ago had a bad taillight bulb causing all kinds of crazy stuff because "it" was constantly searching for a ground. New bulb...problem solved. Just my 2 cents.

So.....aside from some electrical gremlins, tell us more about the Bee! If we cant have pics we need some details anyways...

Howdy, Pepper. Love the cars. Good luck on your electrical problem. Keep a fire extinguisher on hand until you solve it.

I had some odd stuff happening once because someone installed the wrong dome light bulb in one of my cars. The light would never shut off. Took me awhile to figure that one out.
