Going rate for b body Dana 60?

I know someone who has a couple b body Dana 60s. They are complete, but have not been gone through. I see some crazy prices, what is the actual going rate for a Dana 60 for a b body? I would like to make an educated offer on one.
 
Hmmmm, I have a Dana 60 in my old '65 Ford 3/4 ton truck that I bought when I was 15 years old (I'm 54 now). It's been parked out back behind the barn for probably 23 years now. It was fine when I parked it. I knew I kept that old truck around for a reason! I wonder what that rear end is worth in that? It's geared super low, like 4:56 maybe. You could actually take off in 4th gear literally. It's probably the only good thing left on the truck!

Not much. I just bought one with a good 35 spline 4.10 posi for $150. Most of the truck dana 60’s can be had for $75 to $150 all day long
 
1400. to 1600. I'd say. complete with brakes and not all effd up. I would want the clutch type carrier also and be a Mopar D-60. check the numbers and pull the back cover to see what you are getting.
 
Where can I get a dana for 2700 complete to my door? I’ve been
looking for a dana 60 for over a year... haven’t found a useable one for under 2k.
 
Find me a useable Dana 60 for a 70 b body in good working order for 1400-1600 that is complete with brakes and I will buy it RIGHT NOW....

Check out Dr. Diff's website. You can get a Strange built however you want. Complete units are around the 2700 mark as stated above.

Buy them and sell them here for a profit.
Looks like there's no shortage of interest.
I'd buy one from you. Would wire you the money in advance if necessary.
