Image 12 shows the entire dash .. just missing the very left side. Not sure what vent you see other than the passenger side fresh air box.
The picture is now missing that showed the left a/c vent at end of dash frame. This car has a a/c dash frame with a '69 non a/c center dash pad. Just letting known what I had seen yesterday and went, "Huh?" . The car presents really nice, but you're gonna wanna check the numbers on this car.Image 12 shows the entire dash .. just missing the very left side. Help me out here.. what's different?
Just shop fbbo for parts. Console, grille, steering wheel. Mega $$$.
Sorry, looked too quick. My damned eyes.Clock?????
glad this spurred some close observations, assessments, appraisals, and conversations. That was my whole goal. I have no purchasing interest in this car, but wanted to share and kick up some dust.
I'm still puzzled about the ac non-ac observations. I haven't stared at the pixs close enough to see/process that. I was thinking all along this was a non ac car.
good stuff. I have a 68 'X, and parted a 69 'X, but haven't compared the lower dashes pads from the two. I was thinking they are the same, but when you get into the deets (details) there are certainly differences. Now I need to make sure I'm processing the correct part for the 68 as I'm currently going through the dash assembly. It is a non ac car but with a 69 lower dash pad rather than a 68. Simple as that.
