Did you run it??? LOL just messin.....
Even though you didn't read the whole the thread GD, you are in agreement.I didn’t read all the replies so if I’m out to lunch, I’m ok with that. I wouldn’t worry too much. If you can’t get it and it’s really bugging you, spray some brake clean in to be sure it is nice and dry. Then stuff silicone in the hole to ooze around it and create a hold on it.
Of course this is presuming your bolt will still go in to tighten the header flange.
I’m sure there has been much worse in many of our systems!
Yep. Hard to kill a 318 of any variety.I agree RUN THE ******!!
My word guys, we're talking about a tiny Dremel wire brush.. it ain't going to cut off flow or cause mass destruction for crying out loud! I just rebuilt a 318 that had enough mud and dirt in it to build a mud hut and it was still running strong. I say try the frost plug, if no luck then just run it.
Next time use a tap instead.

and I just got back from vacation and we went to page 4.... it's a 383........RUN the ****** twice as hard!! You'll know soon enough......
