I have a 1966 Coronet and have the opportunity to pick parts off a 1973 Charger. Will the front disc brakes bolt right on? I plan to pop both ball joints and the tie rod and take everything outboard of that.
- I’m running 15” wheels (so 14” clearance is not a problem)
- It doesn’t matter to me if service parts for the 73 setup tends to be more expensive.
- I will purchase a new master cylinder that is spec’ed for manual disc’s.

I just want to make sure that the ball joints match up and the tie rod arms will work... or are there any “gotcha” moments involved in this swap?
Thanks!

Don't forget junction block on driver's side frame rail and all fittings on it. Master cylinder fitting also.

short answer- yes

ball joints are different- you'll need to attach the 73 spindle to the 66 LBJs

Your '66 tie rod ends will fit the '73 spindle.
