Which brand front end components is good?

I like the PST stuff.

Although I also used one of those complete sets on ebay for my 66 Valiant, and I've really haven't noticed a difference (and I'm sure the entire set was made up of Chinese stuff). That Valiant goes 75 down the highway nicely.
Just my $0.02.

The biggest problem with China made parts is that they seem to be made off spec. First time I did ball joints for a customer, he brought China made upper joints for me to install and my socket didn't fit. At first I thought they might be A body joints but do they even fit the B body control arms? The second time was another customer that supplied parts and my socket fit but the joints were loose in the control arm. The arms were still in good shape but he said to weld them on so I did. Also, the taper fit but was machined to here they would fit the knuckle too deep and the cotter pin wouldn't match up with the castle nuts. The whole front end was that way.

I ended up using Moog and had no surprises.

I think when Chinese products first started arriving on our shores the were kinda crappy with loose tolerances. Now a days I think their quality is way up compared to the first days. My biggest issue with buying Chinese is that we are eventually going to screw ourselves because they will OWN our North American economies, if they already don’t, and that’s not a good thing....

I used all Moog Problem Solver stuff on my 73. No issues with fit or quality. Good stuff.
