The owner of this is a very wealthy guy. He turned a vacant Mall into a money making machine and he gets to store his cars there for free which is over 1/2 of them... Rumor is he was also interested in Purchasing the local 1/4 mile track Maple Grove Raceway while it did sell I don't know if he purchased it..
