Ok, that does it! All ******** please stand up so the beatings can begin! :D:D

Every one is entitled to have an opinion, weather you like it or not, I know Steve's opinions may not like to some and also Paul's l, but from that to " punish " them is a long way

Specially the ignorant ******** who criticize the GTX, I just can only dream to own a car like that, a museum piece is what it is.

Just remember that what you may have been told is not necessarily how things played out.

The main problem is when the difference of opinions turn into argument that go on and on and eventually turns into name calling. Posts get reported and when a mod cleans up the thread, the ones that got cleaned up get pissed even more and well, it continues on in PM's and some go even further with the name calling and bitchin about who did this and who did that and on and on and on and.....it's usually the same few we're having to deal with. Many times things get heated up just from a post like what you posted. There's been occasions where the "ignorant ********" take offense being called that and things go downhill from there.

Ok, so I stand correct just not to hurt anyone susceptibility, " those who did not appreciate the work of Justin in his old man's GTX it would be better to shut up, and let it pass" just not to call anyone a name or something that can be misinterpreted or misunderstood, you are right we all here because we like the b bodies and in the way find some great people from around the world like all of you guys my point is this; this is a car site and not a place to go fighting around with anybody, to make friends and give and get advice not only in cars but in a lot of other things, you as mods shoud post a letter or a post of good manners to each other and the new members also, just not to discourage the new one's to stay here, this is a great site let's keep it that way, and of course this IMO.

Justin is missed by many...

a few others, not so much, justifiably so too

Well, there are rules that spell it out....I think lol

I have got much more out of this site than I have given. There are a lot of people on this site with vast knowledge and a willingness to help and Justin (moparnation74) is one of them. He has helped me and others many times. He also has an outstanding example of a GTX and is a true Mopar enthusiast. He and people like him are not only what this site is about but the site needs people like him to make it what it is.
If he is not on here because of all the crap that we've all seen on here from time to time then it won't be long until all the "good guys" are gone and the only thing left is the crap slingers.
I've seen people that admittedly know little about these cars get blasted for asking a simple question. Maybe you were born in a 68 Charger and you can rebuild a Hemi blindfolded. Well that's awesome but maybe the guy asking about how to install a rotor button in a distributor just bought his first Mopar and doesn't even know where the distributor is.
Think about it, do we want a good b body site or the Jerry Springer show.
Think about how you're coming across before you hit those keys! Keep it positive people.

It really is a real shame if he or other good guys left the site over drama that doesn't belong on here in the first place

justin sent me parts free of charge several years ago, which is unheard of in todays world, he is a great guy, but to be honest, justin has lashed out at people on here maybe because of personal stress or whatever, over small potatoes, but his contributions here, help and opinions from his expertise working on the cars for his whole life has far out weighed any negatives.

You hit the nail on the head . . . "over drama that doesn't belong on here in the first place" . . .

And that is what we try and do here, as mods, is enforce the rules to try and make that drama NOT happen because people don't follow the rules. But when the members on the site start attacking the mods as a result of the decisions (we are only human - and we try our best) that we make to try and enforce the rules . . . it goes downhill from there. The thing that continually happens on this site is calling people out by name and attacking/insulting/bad-mouthing them is not allowed, but it happens all the time. The other big rule breaker is Political comments in the GD thread . . . we, the mods, are attacked for deleting the posts that are in violation - we're just doing our jobs . . . remember that.

I hope Justin is just taking a break from answering the million questions that I've asked of him in the past... he has helped me with my 67 GTX since the day i joined, he has always given me solid advice and passed on help anyway he could. This site needs guys like him and others who have the knowledge from years of automotive experience. Thats why this site is such a resource... thanks to all the members here, much respect and appreciation...Rich

There are not many people who can restore a Mopar to the level of Justins car,and who are willing to share all of the tips and how to's from start to finish with the entire Mopar community. Justin will surely be missed, and hopefully he will return to the forum.

YUP!!

I do thank you for praising me without specifically calling me out by name.
Oh man, we need more RC's just like you!

Just remember that what you may have been told is not necessarily how things played out.

There are always 3 sides to a story
- person 1's perception
- person 2's perception
- the true reality

Big difference between someone restoring cars out of passion and a desire to capture family memories or feelings, and someone that just does it to make a buck or feed an ego....He's helped a lot of us here and I hope he just got sick of all us nutjobs and nothing serious is going on..
