I’ve read some posts about finding power brake boosters for 60s Mopars. It seems the Midland Ross unit on my 67 Charger is not available. I believe I can rebuild mine and it does appear kits are available. My problem is I’m missing the push rod adjustment part that interfaces with the master cylinder (just the bullet shaped tip). Does anyone know of a source for this part?

You could try

Power Brake Booster Exchange, Inc. 503-238-8852

I had them rebuild my 64 Polara booster including getting it re-plated. I have been to their shop and they have tons of parts.

Good luck

Thanks for the suggestions. It does look like an acorn nut, however the threaded part that goes into the push rod is 1/4” fine thread. I bought the acorn nut that fits that thread but it’s much to deep (long). No way to properly adjust the length. I’m thinking about grinding a radius on a 1/4” bolt head and just adding a jam nut. I’ll check with power brake booster exchange first and maybe just have them rebuild my booster.

Rockauto shows a Midland Ross. $98.00 exchange. You send yours in and they have it rebuilt and return it.

I just ordered the rebuild from Rocauto. Thanks for the tip. I would have spent more on the parts!

You are welcome, Don. That's what this forum is all about; helping each other out.
Just got my brake booster back from RocAuto. Looks great. I shipped it just before the Texas snow and power outage so it took awhile to get there but I’m happy with the results so far.
