Maybe the Mods could help find Joe Dovin, maybe him or his kid could be on the other sites like FABO or FEBO...
 
By the Obit I saw they had a daughter and she passed in 2011. If this is the person. But there were not too many people with that name.

Was it shipped to your house? Some clues might be with the shipping labels. They can be back tracked also.

Kk, I purchased this “lot” a few years back while on vacation in Myrtle Beach at a yard sale. I know the where but not the who.
The trophy was in a bag with these goodies.
