Hi folks, I have to mount these valve guides with helical machining, which part goes towards the sealing ring? I attach photos

Smooth part goes toward combustion chamber.
As stated, relieved end (no oil grooves) goes to the chamber side. I install replacement guides so that the chamfered outside just protrudes, then cut the top down to proper guide height. The guides will need to be reamed or honed to size to fit the valves.
