I ordered a part from Hotchkis last month. They said they would not charge my card until part was shipped. However, they charged my card as soon as I ordered the part. I have called them and emailed them many times, but no response. No one will answer the phone. I have not received the part or any responses from them. Are they still in business? Thanks!

Have your CC company pull the funds back. Check in with Firm Feel, BAC[ one of our sponsors] or PST[ another sponsor here]. Buy your parts from them. Hotchkis has been having issues for awhile, several others here have gone through what you are dealing with. Do some digging with a search here on the forum.

Hotchkis has been expanding, adding products, new east coast location I doubt they've gone out of business..

First I've heard of anything...

Do those companies sell the control arm bracket to weld on my control arm to add stabilization bar?

JEGS sells them but they are waiting for a supply from them also.

After some searching it looks like Hotchkis had been a problem since the first of this year.... Maybe they tried getting to big to fast.. In the past they've been very good, with products that worked well...

Those brackets are all made by Hotchkis. So it would make sense if everyone was out of them if their existing stock ran out.

They probably were bought up or merged with another one of these investment companies that continue to buy up the racing industries and slowly run them into the ground.
Just like what happened to Sentinal Capital Partners buying up Holley (has bought up many as pictured), Edelbrock, Comp Cams.

Race Winning Brands buying up Dart, Diamond Pistons, Trend Performance.

Performance Motorsports Inc buying up JE Pistons, Wiseco Pistons, Gibtec Pistons, CP Pistons, Carrillo and so many others and continue to get bought up.

The once Mom and Pop/Family businesses and the performance/racing industry is crumbling....

Bergman sells them.
Bergman does not have any available at this time. Top Flight Automotive gets theirs from Hotchkis. They don't have either. They said Hotchkis is retooling. Could be 6-8 weeks out.
