So i bought these, 144-2101 for the intake should i torque to ARP spec or shop manual spec? 3/8 -16
What's the difference in the torque?

shopmanual says 40 ft-lbs ARP says 45-50-55
40 ft/lbs but I usually set them lower never had an issue.
