I know that sound & look all to well...
back when I was 18 working under my 68 Charger R/T,
doing new universals, a shift kit & seeing if my new Cragers fit
I kept hearing pops sound, thought it was a neighbor kid
shooting at my car with a BB gun, went over & read the kid the riot act
he had done it before, told his father I was kicking someone's ***
if it happened again
:blah: a few min.'s latter
I was crawling out from under my Charger with a broken sternum
& fractured arm, it literally bounced off my chest
good thing I had 1 N50/15 with a Crager 15X10" wheel on the back, trial fit
"a spotweld broke on a cheap Kragen's stamped steel Jack stands
whole thing rolled to the right & the jackstands got wedged in under it
almost killed me"
Climbed out, barely & I put the tires back on, buttoned up the trans, driveshaft etc.
drove my self to the ER...

Only the strong survive! Bet everybody on here has had a close one. Some guy many more and lucky to be alive.
 
I had a cheep *** jack stand break on me once. Lucky my dad always said put the wheel under the car just in case. Pulling myself out from underneath the car when it kinked and fell to the wheel and tire. The car pounded my hip amd gave me a nice bruise but that was all
