You're absolutely right! All that other crap is going to ruin the smooth flavor of that ketchup. Expensive imported Italian ketchup..... only the best.

I'm just playing, my go to condiment is not catsup, it's Honey mustard.

I'm a spicy or brown mustard guy myself.

Back in the day in Sweden, before McDonalds, Burger King, etc., there were hot dog vendors all over the place in small little carts. A very popular dish was hot dogs and mashed potatoes. You could get the hot dogs boiled or fried, and then they were stuck right on top of the mashed potatoes. Sibylla brand was the best hot dog to get.
...and yes, this was often topped with ketchup (and mustard)!
