Only on the passenger side so people walking down the sidewalk would see them. Seen them gold & black but don't know if black is correct.

Why is it only on the right side?
Think of it like why is a logo only on the upper left of your shirt. Symmetrical is not always better.

Lol... and they were NEVER Silver, despite the fact they sell a repro. Too many washes and scubbings took the Gold plate off to show the nickle chrome.
