This looks to be a Mopar punch card, thought it was cool.

I found two of them up in the headliner of my current Challenger. What exactly were they used for?
 
That one is an inventory card for a brake drum. How they tagged replacement counter parts in the 70's

The actual punch cards were the directions to what parts were going to be used to build the car on the assembly line.
You're talking the cards in the 64/67 Era. The one shown is a warehouse inventory card for a rear brake drum. I have one at home for a Superbird nose seal, from I believe 1976.
