'71 road runner Fuse Block Relay/Metal Can Bent Pin???

Hello B Buddys, I noticed this bent tab wondering if it was done for a reason or should it be straightened and plugged in? It’s been like this for 5+ years since I bought it everything works OK… sort of looks like it is intended NOT to be plugged in and purposesly bent, just another random discovery!

If there is a female terminal in the fuse block it was most likely bent on purpose so it would not work and buzz.

The terminal on the pictured relay has been bent over. The 1971 Road Runner has the horn relay combined with the key-in-switch buzzer. The bent over terminal is for the buzzer and is wired to the key-in-switch buzzer switch in the steering column.

The following image shows the relay/buzzer on the wiring diagram:

Agreed, an intentional effort to kill the key-in-switch buzzer function, fairly common really. Alternatively, I’ve have seen the corresponding female terminal/wire removed from the fuse block, left hanging, to accomplish this same result.
 
Then why not just unplug and remove it then? Does it serve another purpose requiring the other 3 pins plugged in?
