Ok, I just saw yesterday the eccentric bolts are also too small for these bushings as well. I'm guessing if I were to try and remove these bushings, the sleeve would have to be removed first then the actual bushing itself. It seems the bushings are a 1/4 to small and the sleeves are too big for the bolts. :BangHead: Its very frustrating, but this is for everything with this car.

I was able to get the sleeve out, but there’s no room for me to use something to push out the bushing.

Someone is try to tell you something.

No way would I bother at this point. I would mention these design flaws and send pictures for a refund. They should refund even though you installed them. It’s their design flaw.
I wonder if they sent the wrong bushing. It’s time for customer support.

Mention the manufacturer if you haven’t in the post so nobody else makes this mistake.

Thanks for sharing. It sucks but you found out before driving the car.
Ok, this is what I found, and the manufacturer is "Replacement" and I bought them from Partsgeek.com. The bushings are too small, and I just realized the arms themselves are 3/4" to wide. I bought new bushings, and they did fit. But now the problem is, with the arms being 3/4" wider, when I went to test fit with the poly bushings, I cannot use the washers that go on the outside of the bushings, there's just not enough room. The bushings will rub against the area where they mount. I'm pretty sure I can use the inside washer, just not the outer ones. I've had this car for almost 2 months now I have yet been able to drive it. I'm running into these types of problems with everything. That part that really sucks about this, is that I contacted Partsgeek and asked them about contacting the manufacturer and they did not have any info at all. I am stuck with these things, and they don't give two rats asses. Once you attempt to install their parts, they won't take them back. Meanwhile the description says they will fit. Lesson learned, I guess.

The 2 reviews in parts geek both said the bushings were not right. You can certainly run into some weird stuff on these cars but I'd really suggest using quality parts from reputable companies. I mean this in the most constructive way when I say "you get what you pay for."

So without the bushings installed the arm will fit inside the area. When you installed the bushings the setup is too wide. The bushings cannot be for that arm. They are probably for OEM but not for the aftermarket which is stupid but that's what can happen when aftermarket stuff gets involved.
Curious -Take the aftermarket arm and place it over the original and compare. If the distance across is the same or not with the bushings installed. Then you can see what is different.

At this point do you even trust these arms to align the front end when installed?
My advice would be to use something tried and proven so you don't risk getting the whole thing together and then they can't align the front end because something else is wrong....

What was wrong with the originals? Blast, paint, bush and go?...
