4 looks perfect. I prefer minimal fat and carcinogens. 
4 or 5 for me. We had BLTs for supper tonight. Other than BLTs, I usually eat sausage. Having grown up in hog country we had fresh sausage quite a bit. Nothing better than fresh sausage right from the butcher.
