If the fourth digit in the VIN is a 2, then it is a max wedge, three speed floor shift car. Let me know, and I will decode the rest.
 
Looks like a nice car! Max Wedge, 11.1:1

3 speed T-85

All Max Wedges were built at Hamtramck and had the engine code under QR.

1218 2110 is the shipping order number, the1218 part is the scheduled production date, Dec 18th 1963. 622 is a V/8 Dodge 440 two door hardtop. M1Q is turquoise bench sear interior. KK W is turquoise roof and body colour with a white sidesweep. 4 is T-85 three speed floor shift. 1 is AM radio. 5 is heater with defroster. 08 is 426 max wedge, 415 hp. 7 is 90 amp battery used on max wedge and hemi cars. 2 is sold car, which means it was ordered by a customer.
