I can’t seem to find a phone number for
Rt-engineering. Would anyone have it handy? The only thing I can find is where to send money lol. Looking to get a IVR from them. Thank you in advance

I ordered it off eBay. I pulled a copy of their instructions and it it had a phone number on it but when I called it said was a disconnected number
 
I emailed them when I bought mine a few years ago. I bought a tach board too. No issues, easy to do both.
 
Resurrecting an old thread here but does anyone know what's up with these guys? Bought an M5 off them using Paypal. Which I was forced to do as their non Paypal cart option is not functional. Sent several email before purchasing they did not respond to. The part actually arrived, which was shocking. It does not work at all. And they are continuing to ignore emails. I understand things happen but they have to know their email service is either not functioning or they do not care. Either way I'm getting very frustrated.
 
Very odd that the new part doesn't work. Not very odd that there could be multiple other issues not yet discovered

Probably due to scammers and phone-nuisances.

Make a refund claim on your PayPal due to faulty product and say that you want the Vendor to contact you - they will probably contact you soon after.

Otherwise, if they don't you should get your money back.
 
Huge shout out for Tom at RT. When the email system finally worked he was extremely patient helping me troubleshoot my problem. It took a LOT of emails while I did tests for him and ultimately ended up being a couple simple but critical repairs I needed to make but the tach works! Needle holds solid unlike the jumpy stock board and basically I’m stoked to get it working after all this time. A much better experience than buying a repop from Classic whose shipping policies are so shitty I want to deport them.
 
Thanks for updating us. The rt-eng products are top notch. I've been using their IVR for years and had nothing but great results with their tach modules.

It required soldering jump wires to some of the pegs. And it did not work with the tach adapter. I am not certain why I believed it should and did but I was pretty confident I read that it was compatible. But I did have to do some customizations to the board.

I assumed it would adapt the tach. Silly me. Now I have to get back to solving the issue with the timing that will not hold which at some point is going to necessitate a fresh thread because I'm baffled.
