I have a 69 Charger. I purchased a 8 pc's brake line kit. The brake line running from the front distribution block to the back of the car is a 2 pc setup. I called In line they said there is a valve? down under on the side of the frame that connect's the 2 lines together. Does anyone know what they are talking about. My car was just a frame when I got it, so there weren't any lines at all. Thanks

My 69 charger was 4 wheel manual drum. There was just one junction block with the proportioning valve. It also only used 7 lines.

From the factory a disc brake car would have a proportioning valve in the rear line, but a drum brake car would not.

I had a similar problem with them. The only way to resolve was to send them what left of the originals and they made them. Car in question was a 67 GTX Hemi with power booster and factory disc brakes. They had no template for those lines. The rear brake line they sent was one piece I had 2 piece with that little pass through valve located on frame. Also the Hemi uses the offset booster the lines they sent were much shorter than the originals and would not reach the booster.

Its probably this (69 RR)
