Need some opinions on wheel choices

I appreciate all of the great input and opinions. I think I’m definitely against the current 17s/18s that are on the car. I was playing around with an online wheel simulator and granted it’s an AI image, I really do think I’m going to go with the “Centerline style” wheel on my car. Being 15s, I can always pick up a different set of wheels if I decide I don’t like these down the road, and reuse the tires. The Centerline style wheel does give the car that “street machine” look to me, which is what I like. View attachment 1957234

Hell yeah...... I'd rock that; with deeper, fatter rears

These were available in 69.

I currently have American Racing Torq Thrust IIs on my 69. The fronts are 17x7 and the rears are 18x8. I’m not a huge fan of “big” wheels and small sidewalls on 60s-70s cars. I also have a set of American Racing Outlaw 1 wheels, 15x7 front, and 15x8.5 rear. The 17/18s kinda grew on me a little bit, but I’m not a fan of how the car rides with them. I always liked the “Centerline” style wheel. I’d like to hear some opinions from people on wheel choice. What would you keep on the car? View attachment 1956652View attachment 1956653
Yellow cars looks good with Magnums. The aftermarket makes a version as well.

Normally, I like chrome on a muscle car. Black wheels always give me the impression of an athlete running in dress shoes. In your case with the bright yellow and black stripe, a wheel that has a lot of black would look good. Not entirely black, but like Torque Thrusts with black centers instead of gray.

Cragars are old school and my preferred choice on anything old. I've owned a few with American Racing Torq Thrust IIs and slots. Some others are getting old and can get boring.

Me too. Cragar's make the trim pop.
