I got my new door panel from Legendary:icon_super: and no instructions. So how do one put the new door panels on the metal door frames:confused:

I used one of my air staple guns. I think it was the 3/8"narrow crown and upholstry adhesive.

Whoa! Seriously???

Wouldn't it be a tad easier, a little more stock looking, and probably less destructive to have and use the correct interior door panel clips? (the ones that slide into the preset notches on the paperboard side of the door panel and pop into the holes on the metal door frame) Go to Year One, R/T Specialties, Paddock or where ever, spend the 10-20 bucks.

Nothing takes the place of necessity. The cardboard is lapped by the vinyl after instalation and now the damn things will not come loose !

door panels

Seems like we may be talking about 2 different things?
the panels should have clips that fasten in the door frame[ there is a upper channel with the window felts that lays up by the window that channel is fastened to the door panel originally by staples!

Yes. I'm talking about the staples that go into the steel frames. My orginal panels where painted and shoot. So I order news at the Nats. They told me that there would instructions on how to install. Yeah there was for the DOOR CLIPS, I can figure that one out.

Maybe a pic will clarify the situation and eliminate any confusion.
