    Garage gas smell

Well, now that we got the rest of the story, (and by the way this is too common that someone asks a question and leaves out all the important information) After you open the garage door to air out the fuel smello, if you close the door without starting the car does the smell come back ? If it...

68 plymouth, I moved my rear axle.

2 main problems, Too much negative offset on the rear wheels, worn out springs, high school rear shackles ( dangerous on a hard swerve or corner.) Shocks will be the wrong stroke as well. Change the rims, re-arch the springs to the height you need. Solved.

    Shocks! 1971 Charger SE Project

Hard to see a close up picture of the wiper motor but it looks normal. Maybe a better picture ? Check the rear upper shock cross member for damage. Air shocks can cause stress fractures. Front KYB are excellent shocks. I run them front and rear on my Challengers.

1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite from Junk to......

Its not the weight that breaks them but they lack a door check/stop to keep them from overextending when opened hard. They cured it on the A-body in 73 with...

1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite from Junk to......

First thing is to get a friend to help you. Put a floor jack with some type of padding, old carpet, folded towel etc... on top of the jack head and support the door. Remove the bolts on the door first. They are right out in the open and when you reinstall the door will be the last bolts you put...

Throttle linkage for a 318 with a Edelbrock carb help

The simple fix was the linkages from a 340/360 for both carb and trans. Remember that the 2 bbl throttle plate was further back on a 2 bbl manifold. This makes the throttle and trans linkages too short and the throttle cable mount too low on the intake.

    Floor insulation

Is the insulation metalized on both sides ? Are you trying to keep the heat in or out ? Reflectorized side would go to the floor board to keep heat out.
