Great answers everyone, very helpful! my problem is, due to code in my neighborhood, the building can’t be any higher then my existing house. And it’s single story. luckily our house is 17’ at the highest point, and with a 4/12 pitch roof I think I can go 12’ walls. Barely lol

Awesome, a 6.4 crate engine is definitely a possibility. did you consider the SST "perfect fit" kit? I'm wondering how well it fits.
