As per title . Is anyone doing repro steel fenders ? Or fibreglass ?
AMD dont list , Shermans ? ,None of the usual glass repro list them , maybe Sled City ?

Tex
thanks for the replies
actually had a 65 belvedere in the shop this week and tried it out . Stock spring location .
15x10 5.5BS fits fine . With a 28x10.5 radial slick is maybe 3/16" clearance to spring more on outside . so for race use should be no issue . Street use would need a narrower tyre...
no not yet . I do have a good offer on a 63 hardtop , just not sure if it is the 1 for me . I like too many of the mopars though a 64/65 Plymouth would be number 1 . I have a S60 in my Satellite and obviously will keep it .Essentially I am looking to do a full mechanical swap then sell the...
Ron,
Correct no rollbar . Like i said our road rules are way different to yours , race rules closer but still a bit different .
Off to look at a 65 Coronet tomorrow that is why all the questions
Tex
Yes Ron . Our road rules are way tighter than yours . I cannot run on the street with side intrusion bars or a taxi bar in a 2 door and use the rear seat - and if you are thinking of running slicks woo baby forget it. Even like this,4/5 point rollbar, it must be engineered as road worthy/safe ...
Lew ,
yes a nice finned one :glasses10:

My 3660 was with me in race trim

My best hope is for around3400lbs less would be great .
Like Lew mine will be a stock full interior . it will be my daily driver like the Plymouth .
Lew - nice motor , I...
thanks Lew ,
if I could start at 3480 then fit all my light weight parts I would be rapt .
car I am looking at is a 383 auto with steer . bench seat 2 door hardtop
Tex
It is easy enough to find factory shipping weights . BUT what are the real world kerb weights of these cars .
I am talking big block , auto with power steer 2 door sedan or hardtop .
I am looking to replace my 68 Satellite , and will swap its complete drivetrain over . It currently is just...
