I would bet the belt he needs is a double angle belt. A careful look at the pulley angles will tell the story. If they are all the same, the double angle is what you need.
I have been in contact with Dan. He was hopeful to be able to order switches again. With the tariffs and trade issues now, that may not happen. I bought one of the aftermarket switches from a Mopar parts warehouse and it didn't work properly. If I use the turn signals, I loose one of the brake...

I can't imagine the sender would pick up in the rear but I don't own a Charger or a FSM.
Wow, that's a strange shape for sure. The double belt in the bottom photo is used on riding mower decks and they are designed to drive off both sides. Some of those decks have a crazy belt routing.
