    Post your 10 second combo's

There is (almost) no such thing as a too-big head for a stroker bbm. EM did a dyno comparison of a 240 TF, and a 270 (small size mw port). The 270 was better everywhere, even torque at the bottom of the pull. Bbc heads that are 400+ cc's, and 500cfm are available. You only need to write a check.

Which '69 Dodge Charger Tail Light Lense is Correct

I was working on refurbishing my tail lights on my 1969 Dodge Charger when I put the two red lenses next to each other and noticed that one has like blacked out edges and the other doesn't. They both appear to be original Dodge parts and not aftermarket, as they both have the Chrysler star and...

    Torsion bar identification

.88 bars were used from 62- 72 B body with small blocks, 383 and 400 2 barrel. Post #1 in this thread from 2021 has a good chart. https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/torsion-bar-identification.219991/

    Torsion bar identification

That chart is not in line with what I have measured in the real world. That chart looks like replacement bars, not OEM bars installed in the cars when new. I had .88 bars in the three B body cars that I have owned. Several A body cars I've had .85 bars that are also not on the list you posted.

    Torsion bar identification

My 1967 Satellite is an original 383 2bbl car. I’m relatively certain that the front suspension components are original to the car. I have always assumed it had the standard “big block” .960 torsion bars. After owning the car for 24 years, I finally put a caliper on the torsion bars today and...

I can sculpt filler but I'd love to know how to work metal better than I can now. I'd also like to learn how to eliminate the "Oil can" reaction that sometimes occurs in sheet metal.

    Built vs Bought

I just do my own thing and don't worry about what everyone else is doing. I am not a guy that would be content with just laying out the money and trying to enjoying it. First thing I do when I get a car is take half of it apart and change it all around. That way I don't have to worry about...
