So from what I have seen online the Ford TKX input shaft length to the face of the case is 7.21", A833 is 8.625", is this what you have also found? If so wont the TKX end up too far outboard?
This past week, we finally were able to get this cat to a vet, so they could look at his visibly mangled left arm.
The cat we call "Skippy" has been hanging around out front for about three months.
We have been feeding him since then but could not get within 15 feet at first.
Slowly, we moved...
As noted, the double belts are normal for a 1970 Charger, and other 1970 B-bodies. Actually, for a bench seat or bucket seats with center seat/arm rest, there are three. One is for the shoulder belt, and if the shoulder belt is missing, it has been removed. A 1970 car would have the shoulder...
Yeah, salt and water can hide anywhere, undercoating or not. It's also somewhat of a sound deadener. Doubt most of us would drive our cars in that today! I don't even go out in the rain. You could just do the fenderwells if you didn't want to do the whole car.

Model year 1968.5 is the point for federally mandated shoulder belts.
IIRC they had separate buckles until 1971, then a funky slip disk, like a CB radio mic clip, then were integrated into the retractor in 1974.
I would imagine you are referring to the fronts? Yes, they are cheap bearings. I removed the cups from my new rotors, couldn't on the 10.95's as there were no backside access grooves to knock the cups out, then bought new SET 2 and SET 17 Timken bearings from Amazon. Sometimes Rockauto has them...
BTW- this morning, a co-worker (who has a PH.D BTW, not that it matters) was complaining about the current "cloudfare" outage that affects chatGPT, as she had been using it to write her documentation....
She happened to mention that her dishwasher was "leaking", and that of course, when the...
