Looks like this OER. I'd contact them for adjustment instructions.

Installed a Borgeson from Bergman Auto craft (Peter) in my friend’s Charger, it was the best upgrade to his car. I bought one for my Charger, getting ready to install it any day now.
I did it an Ebody, 71 Cuda, with stock ci manifolds 21/2" exhaust and dropped it from the bottom without moving any thing. I did replace it with a Borgeson box.
I emailed Borgeson about it. They told me my old pump was designed with the smaller pulley and their pump is designed with the larger puller. They basically told me the two pumps have different needs.
I sure remember you too. Is the other forum still alive? I can't remember chatting about the steering box but I remember chatting about the Tremec manual conversion.
...kit and a set of cop car reaction springs from firm feel. Not very hard to do. It was much better than stock but if originality and cost aren’t an issue, I’d go Borgeson. A lot of the stock 11-1 slop is from too much play between the lock collar and piston head assembly. That can be shimmed out.
...factory hub and the Dr. Diff hub. The Dr. Diff hub mounts the tire about 3/8" further out, so that isn't the problem. Is it possible the Borgeson steering box has an increased turning radius over the factory box? Seems like somebody else would have noticed by now? But what else could...
Yesterday while while I was torquing down my Borgeson Steering box one of the bolts felt funny (like it was trying to give out) and another broke the hardened washer ( further inspection revealed the washer had a crack before I broke it). I was torquing the bolts using the instructions provided...
...the red car since just after I first swapped in a 440 24 years ago. Hot California sun, aggressive driving and wide tires do conspire to heat up the fluid.
I did a Borgeson swap 2 years ago on a Plymouth and added an inline cooler that I pulled from a minivan in a junkyard. Low cost and...
The Borgeson box likes more pressure than the OE box. In most cases, zero or 1 shim will remain in the relief valve on a Saginaw pump. The feel is built into the box. Unlike the ancient article of MA showing how to make the OE box harder to turn by changing the relief pressure.
so what is the shim for that people mention installing at the PS pump for use with the Borgeson box? Above it says to reduce line pressure, correct? Is this the same kind of washer shim many have done for years with the Saginaw pumps and stock boxes for increased steering feel? With the...
I did reach out Borgeson about the larger pulley. They told me I will be fine as the pump was designed to give the right amount of pressure with the larger pulley.
I just put in a Lares 11033 box with a filter. I checked the filter after a road test after installing the box and found the filter was pretty hot. I want to add a cooler, what cooler can I use that will look somewhat stock and is easy to get?
