The inner race on my tapered roller bearing spun on the axle. Got so hot it changed the metallurgy of the race, and reduced the OD of the axle shaft.

I built the divider and holesaw'ed holes for the rear down bars before i welded em in.
In your spot, I'd cut a slot for the down bar, and cover the slot with an aluminum patch.

Specs are 2.08 intake 1.74 exhaust with a 75cc closed chamber.
I know there are better performance heads available.
My question is more about if they will work with modern roller rockers.
I know that the early max wedge cars had similar rocker design and many ran over .500” lift.
