    Old T-Birds, who likes them

I owned a 1960 with the nicest red paint job. Every car show I entered, I came home with a trophy. Sold it about 2003 and it now resides in Canada.

I do, and they work great. More of a bracket car. @GTX JOHN has as well and endorses. Although they're probably the best choice leaf, I'm not sure everyone is sold on the mono look.

I would buy that in a heartbeat. Except it would cost half the asking price to get it to WI. Can't drive it here anymore, salt season has begun. I would daily that thing to work all summer. Might not be the fastest, but it would be like driving my couch and do righteous burnouts on demand.

Imron was the first automotive paint I remember that you absolutely need a respirator at the very least... A fresh air system is a far better choice... Before Imron most paints were Acrylic Enamel or Lacquer... Twenty minutes spraying either of those without a respirator & you have colorful snot...

Sorry, even though I looked at the first photo, for some reason I only paid attention to the reinforcement above the hole that your arrow was pointing too. Dah to me! Looks like someone drilled a hole for a shortcut to the engine bay.

Definitely not changed. Picture of where I stripped it prior to paint and picture after. My 5th road runner, I've had both ac and non ac cars, just never seen this before and was just curious. Not a big deal, already found a cap plug in my stash.

    Wiring Questions / Discussion

My wife's 2012 charger has the battery in the truck and the cable that runs to the firewall has "welding wire" and "EPDM" on printed on the insulation. I agree with gkent that heat rating is a bigger concern to the application, inside the cabin - not to worried, engine bay/exterior - I watch...

    Rear Firewall Sealant

I had to use this type caulk in new construction. It will fill a large gap and I believe it will work for you. Building/fire codes can be pretty tough so I think you can trust this product. Maybe a ejection seat triggered by a heat/ flame sensor would be more exciting. Especially in a hardtop! Mike

Did they change the passenger side of the firewall to a non A/C and leave this hole behind? Can you show us the passenger side of your firewall? Do you know the difference?
