Just a quick one. My upper bolt on my power steering pump bracket goes through the timing cover. Im going to convert to manual steering. Does this bolt go into a water jacket and I will need to drain coolant or does it just go through the timing cover and i will be fine? Thanks in advance!

My 66s steering box is so sloppy and shot. I would like to go with manual steering instead of power steering. What all do I need to convert it? A friend of mine said an adaptor is needed. I would appreciate any info you can give me!

I have a 66 Coronet 440 with the two spoke steering wheel. One of the horn button bolts is broken off and one has a sheetmetal screw through it so of course i have no horn because it hangs down. I have ordered one of these...
I am looking for a decent set of 66/67 charger / coronet 500 rocket moldings.. The 440 ones are made of unobtanium and I like the looks of the 500 ones better anyhow. The repops are semi pricy and I think they may even be a little to nice for my car.. Does anyone have a decent set of these...

I have an 8 3/4 rear end in my coronet. the bearing started making lots of noise..so i was gonna change it...well the axle wont come out...its the passenger side..all 5 bolts out and still it wont budge...the drivers side i undid just to see if it would come out and to regrease..it pulled out...
Whats the best way to see if my sender is bad? i think it is because my car will only read 1/2 a tank but it is all the way up to the top of the neck full...i figure its probably not the gauge since all the rest of mine work..whats the best way to test and if bad change the sender?

I need the clips that hold the rear trunk trim on my 66 coronet..its trim taped on right now but it just looks funky with the edges sticking out...what do the clips that hold this on look like and how big are they? its the top piece of trim if it makes a difference :grin:
When i turn right only at slow slow speeds i get a clunk/pop...and its only sometimes...all the steering linkages and ball joints look new on the car..so what else to check for? :eusa_think: :toothy5:
