about 10 years ago or so i was cruising on ebay looking for weird old mopar stuff and i came across a seller in Michigan who had original (looking anyway) blueprints from the factory of the 426, 440, 383, 340 and 318. there were about poster size and kind of yellowing. he was selling them...
this is for all of it. pods, canister and vac hoses. the 3 way grommet on the hoses is still good. all the T connections are good. both pods still work AND everything is painted.
i bought the electric conversion kit

i got my new MCG in the mail yesterday and i saw an ad for a place in idaho called charger specialties that sells a kit to convert the vacuum headlight doors to electric.

my originals were too far gone to even rechrome. i bought a full set from pg classic in canada. they are huge!!! and dont go all the way in the holes in the panel.
anybody else run into this?

i have been a MOPAR guy for a long time and had plenty of them and i just joined up to follow along and post pics and ask questions
Current: 1968 dodge charger, 2006 chrysler convertible, 2010 dodge van)
Former: 1969 dodge charger, 1969 plymouth barracuda, 1978 dodge ramcharger,
this is the locking gas cap for my car and its SUPER tight to turn and kinda wont make that lat 2% of a rotation in to the filler neck easily. i want to disassemble it and clean it BUT im afraid if i do ill ruin it.
im looking for any help, diagrams or advice of any kind in repairing this...
