No i believe the R4735A Holley is the factory carb for N96 (Air Grabber)cars. They are hard to find and expensive since there was an issue with them, and they got replaced at the dealerships alot. I learned this as I looked a while for one for my 71 roadrunner and could not find a good one...
My 73 also had long orange tips and my horn was also purple. When my horn croaked back in the 80's I bought a new one
from the local Plymouth dealer and it was black.

Depends on whether they used organasol on it before. Organasol is a lacquer. I got it from PPG for my 69 GTX and actually got the original chrysler bulletin on how to spray it. It's what Chrysler used originally but I don't know if its available now. What's the texture like? it should be a...

nice car!! bought my 73 in 1978 (my first car....) loved it! owned it 13yrs. sold it to my brother in law in 92 to finish my 69 GTX. missed it so bad bought my 74 in 2015 on ebay! still my favorite of all my cars!! guess its the first car thing!
I would look and see what number yours are... if you peek in the hole where the retaining clips hold the bar in you should be able to read the numbers. you may have to clean out the assembly grease and some road dirt but you should be able to see the numbers.
