miller, sorry to hear this. Hope you have many, many more years. But, you know, the more you do for others and the kindness you've shown, can't help but enlarge your heart.
Halsell. Southeast of Wichita Falls.
Cranky......if memory serves me right, I bought an M1 low deck intake from you couple years ago. Nice piece. Thanks
Corpus is OK from what I can see. Houston suburbs are pretty nice. I'm just not crazy about the humidity.
Fourty years ago Austin was a really nice place. I don't think there are any true Austinites left. Only weird lgbtqxx....or whatever the hell they call themselves nowadays.
And Dallas...
It was 74° yesterday and 17° this morning. And it's not a dry cold either. Supposed to get to 37° around 5:00pm.
And the flu has hit. Hard! Couple area schools closed for "deep cleaning".
miller, good to hear from you. I thought about that. But wouldn't one light be on high and the other on low? Correct me if I'm wrong, on a 7" dual element light, isn't the center pin always the low beam? Outer pins can be high or ground.

I was at Sonic Saturday night when a guy pulls up next to me in a 66' Plymouth with his high beams on blinding everyone. After introducing himself and some small talk, I mentioned that his headlights, sure were bright. He said he had just finished replacing the old sockets. Long story short. He...
Other than Classic Industries and MoParts, who sells decals(antifreeze, jack instructions, etc) for 65' Plymouths?
Their shipping is more than the decal it self!
I've come across a couple big blocks with valve train noise using Comp lifters. After a good parts inspection, I replaced with Crane anti-pump up lifters that solved the issue.
Just need either the front or rear "K" frame (upright)supports. Then install either the two front or rear "K" frame bolts. Jack it up and then install the other two.
I've never heard of anyone retiring and moving up north. I might be the first one to do it. Every year the summers get harder to deal with. I can put enough clothes on to stay warm but I can't take enough off to stay cool. After 67 years, I'm sick of the heat, droughts, wind, dust, hail and...
Why would hydraulic lifter manufacturers(comp, crane, rhodes) list their lifter as good oiling for rockers when b/rb oil the rockers through the head? Is it just to cover different types of engines with one lifter?
Are these lifters (aka comp 822-16) suitable for b/rb engines? Or is there a...
