Well , that'll bring tears to your eyes. I just got an email tonight from a buddy (chaplain) in Afghanistan, we have no clue what's being done for us around the world, every moment of every day, so our families can stay safe :
On January 4th, one of our own was killed while defending 22 of his...
I can fit on my Roadrunner !

Buy a can of that Rustoleum orange at Home Depot and see what you think - I don't have anything to compare it to but a few chips of old paint and it's really close .... you could always take it back. Totally Auto's is 25 bucks (!) a can plus shipping and one can may or may not be enough (?) If...
I went through the same research a few weeks back - Totally Auto would be the source but I'm on a tight budget. Found a recommendation on one site for Rustoleum Safety Orange , couldn't find it anywhere except on line - but did find this orange at Homey Depot which really looked close
.

Never mind .... I was referring to structural soundness and integrity , not powder coating issues .... don't know diddly about specialty coatings. MIG is fine in this regard , done way too much homework on this before buying mine and taking classes. Again, this guy is in Iran and doing his best...
MIG would be fine in the right hands - just seeing the care you're taking on the K member leaves no doubt the rest of the car will be done right - great to see another one being saved. 4 speed and a 400 stroker will be awesome. Are there many American muscle cars in Iran ? Where did you find...
Wow - wish I'd done more research ........ everything I read up to today said lowers were press fit. My replacements I ordered are press fit. Anyway , gave my LCA's to a buddy who had press access - he did a great job with the torsion bar bushing removal, but pressed out the ball joints...
10-4 , I just repainted the booster black and will fly with that for now , thanks guys ..... doubt I'll ever go to the cadmium now that I think about it , what a bear to remove (for us older guys) ..... once it's back on , she stays ....
My 73 is very original and appears untouched - two questions :
1) My power booster is black vs cadmium , but appears original as it has the "Mopar 43" decal still in place - were some cad and some black ?
2) Beep beep horns are black, not purple ...... are they wrong ?
Thanks - should...
So ...... what's my next move here, I can't visualize how the threaded arm comes out as the widened areas where the bolts run through won't clear the bushings - I know this'll will be one of those "duh" moments , but ............
.... and I'll be taking them in to have pressed out/in.
Are we talking about the entire bushing (metal sleeve and rubber) or just replacing the rubber (or poly). I noticed that some mfg (Prothane, Suspension Restorations) sell the bushings only and instruct customers to remove (burn) out the bushings, either upper and lower control arms, and replace...
I know Phoenix has good stuff but I'm on a tight budget for my current resto - I see less expensive stripes/kits ( Ebay) out there that are the (same ?) 3M vinyl, same warranty, etc. Any body have experience with the products ? I know there are a few members of Mopar sites that do the graphics...
Buddy just bought a 74 Sebring Plus Sundance Edition. It's original bronze , nice body, really nice funky interior. It has a RR hood, 318 car. He intends to restore as original, or clone to a Roadrunner but not sure which way to go and will most likely sell. We're not sure of the desirability...
I tried to order from Bouchillon for about a year - gave up as I was always told they were on national backorder. Bought mine from Frank Mitchell on Ebay - hated to do it as he has a rep for being way overpriced.
