In my 74 Charger, I used two 6x9 speakers. There are holes on the drivers side that line up with the 6x9 speaker holes. I just used a piece of plywood to extend the speaker away from the package shelf.

1974 Charger Looking for a 15” rim to be used in the trunk as a spare. Having trouble finding one With correct back spacing. I am in the Minneapolis area. would prefer to pick up if possible.

I will be running 75-80 mph for extended periods. The vacuum in my car is fantastic at cruising speeds (18-20). At 75 mph should be around 2300 rpm. Plus the ease of installation makes it very enticing.

Most of the tranny shops I talked to did not want to have any part of it. The ones that seemed to know their stuff were expensive.

It has the original 48 year old leaf springs. I’m sure they are a bit tired. That will probably help a little with the oversteer. Any suggestions on front bar size? What size is the factory front bar on a 74?

74 charger 318 Has original front sway bar. No rear sway bar. Looking at adding a 3/4” rear bar. Will that size bar play nicely with the factory front bar?

I know what you are saying. Original is pretty cool too. But I think these lenses are PERFECT for this set up! I like it way better than original. The biggest problem is I never get to see them in action.
