    Fuel return line plumbing.

Hi folks. Has anyone plumbed their return into the fuel fill pipe? It's a lot easier than dropping the tank to drill the sending unit and I won't have access to a garage soon. I'm a little worried about a siphoning effect while filling the tank too. Thanks, Wally

Hi folks. Bit of a weird one lol. I started my engine to let it warmĥ up and all was fine. But a couple of minutes later I heard a whining noise slowly ramping up. Ends up it was the starter. Not enough to engage the ring gear but ended up sounding like she was ready to blow!!! I shut the key...

    A903 synchro problem

Hi folks. Just pulled the trans out of my 63 Savoy because of 2nd gear trouble. It's supposed to be an A903 trans and it looks like it is but the 2-3 synchro is not what it's supposed to be. The A903 and A745 had a ring and pin type synchro. Mine has a regular brass ring type synchro assembly in...

Good day folks. I was going to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge in my Savoy but when I pulled out the old switch I found that the threads are much larger than the later ones, somewhere around 5/8" diameter. Does anyone know the thread and pitch (probably NPT yes?) of these old switches...
