Snow's kits are good. I looked into them a while back. A friend just bought one and they have adjustments ofor the rpm or pressure at which the unit works. They have been around for over 10 years and have been used on some really hot applications as well as stock.

Having talked to the guys at Snow(I lived a few miles away in Colorado Springs) and also talking to several Cummins owners it's a great way to go. One note...find washer fluid with the highest concentration of alcohol...I think the stuff that's rated for -32 degrees.
Wow! A 509 cam has 76 degrees overlap! I'm surprised he suggested that much. I just happen to have one that was in my 451 for a couple hours.
