Agree that would be the easiest way once the engine is out but I think it could be done by supporting the engine and removing the the mounts one at a time. Driver side will probably require power steering gear removal.
That 45478 looks exactly like the one I have I guess it could be a superstat. In looking at the descriptions between 45478 and 45358 is the latter states it has a V notch to allow air to escape. Does the ones you posted have that notch?
I have the 053 22” radiator that is the original to the car. It very clean inside and once looking closer at the inside its been recored with a 4 row core. I was planning to give it a try with the new hemi along with a shroud and 18”clutch fan since it is a 4 row hoping it will keep it cool.
