Looks like I can buy Midland rebuild kits but the adjustment screw is not included. They also have a rebuilt unit for $245 but I’m not quit there yet. I book marked this site. Thanks.
Anyone know of a source for Midland Ross 1967 era power brake booster parts? I need the adjustment screw that sets the clearance between the MC and the booster.

Wow great information. If I am understanding this correctly it sounds like the push rod will come out through the front or do I need to open up the two halves of the booster to get at the rod? BTW my booster is Midland Ross.

Just got my brake booster back from RocAuto. Looks great. I shipped it just before the Texas snow and power outage so it took awhile to get there but I’m happy with the results so far.
Thanks for the suggestions. It does look like an acorn nut, however the threaded part that goes into the push rod is 1/4” fine thread. I bought the acorn nut that fits that thread but it’s much to deep (long). No way to properly adjust the length. I’m thinking about grinding a radius on a 1/4”...
