Great Idea Hunt2elk...it is very difficult using a tape. Just cant get a perfect measure.

To get it perfect I took 2 paint sticks, one on top of the other, zip ties around them, and made a slide ruler. Was easy to measure straight down with the slide ruler and then measure the stick for precise measurements.

I did rubber. 15/16th.

I just did this. I painted everything first...slid the bushings on the bar....got the bushings in the brackets...then windex on the bar and slid the brackets/bushings into position. A bit stiff but no problem overall. Getting the bushings in...2 hours for the first one....literally 90 seconds...

Is there for sure a gasket that goes between the TEE and the axle?

Charger Parking brake.... Are there any gaskets that go on the 2 bolts that secure the parking brake to the firewall? It looks as if in Mopanations build thread there are 2 white foam gaskets maybe? Where can i find these? Looked at DMT but maybe i missed them in one of the sets...

manual says 24 foot pounds

As the title says....what diameter polyurethane bushings am I looking for to replace the original bushings inside the brackets? Were there different size diameter sway bars from the factory? Thx
