    Glove box lock button interchangeability

This is for my 69 GTS and I was thinking someone on here might know the answer or perhaps has a lock for a 69 Dart. Is this lock specific to the A body? If someone has a good working lock for sale PM me. Thanks.

Headliner installation 69 Road Runner with glass in or glass out

Simple question for those who have done it. I have installed headliners on other cars so I'm OK with the process. What I want to know is if you prefer (or it's easier) to install the liner with the front and rear glass out. I don't think it's required to have the glass out on a MoPar but I...

1969 Road Runner bucket seat question

It's been a while since I took these apart and can't remember the details. I have four shoulder bolts that attach the seat back to the bottom but only two have a large OD metal clad rubber washer. The other two have nothing. From the marking on the washer it appears they go on the outside of...

    Wood Grain Steering Wheel Question

These wheels were used on a lot of different cars from 68-70. Even driving simulators. My HS had a trailer full of these and I remember them very well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-1970-1971-Dodge-Simulator-MoPar-Woodgrain-Driver-/400040574356 - - - Updated - - -

    1968 Roadrunner bench seat question

68 RR bench has latches on the seat back. At least my LA built CA car does. They are way down low and might be easily missed at first glance. No head rests on mine and the seat back is not higher than the side window (or right close to it). My 66 Belvederes do not have latches.

    restore dash ash tray

There are some good paints out there that match a plated finish. I think even Krylon has a color called metallic or something like that. Should be good enough for an ashtray, that is if you don't use it as intended!

    69 RR rear seats

You know, I may have the same issue with my red 69 (maybe it's the color!!). I haven't looked at it for a while but I know what you're talking about. When I did get the back part installed it seemed I had to use a 20 ton press to get the bottom hooked in. One thing I do know is the seat frame...

"all 4 speeds had black carpet"

That's cool!! About you working at the LA plant that is. My 68 RR was built there. Can you tell me exactly where it was or if there is anything left of it?

    seat foam

Keep in mind that the seat foam isn't perfect. Chances are you will have to build up a few areas here and there to get the covers to fit properly.

I had my 68 and 69 RR clusters done by APT Instruments in MN. Do a search for that or The Gauge Guys. Excellent work.
